A full-day program created exclusively for C-Suite and board-level attendees. The session will be augmented by a detailed case study patterned after current events. The discussion on accountability will continue at an interactive dinner program.

Community Engagement From the Patient and Family Perspective
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
This program fosters ideas and strategies for how to include communities in patient safety work and aims to provide attendees with new insight into how to work with their communities' health care systems. This year's agenda will emphasize strategies at the grassroots level and patient safety work in diverse populations.

Measurement Boot Camp: Strategies and Tactics for the Real World
1:00pm - 5:30pm
This half-day program is a deep dive into measurement
projects designed to evaluate the effectiveness of
patient safety efforts. The hands-on workshop will
provide attendees the critical training and skills for
measuring success and areas of improvement.

Simulation Fundamentals to Advance Your Patient Safety Agenda - SOLD OUT!

A half-day program on the use of simulation as a learning and teaching
method in health care. The session will include discussion, interactive
demonstration and debriefing, all within the context of improving
patient safety.
